The event is intended for librarians, educators, and everyone,
who wish to deepen their knowledge of media literacy and acquire tools for critically understanding the contemporary media landscape.
The forum will provide insight into various aspects of media literacy, from recognizing manipulative elements in media texts to understanding the impact of ownership and political interests on media autonomy. During the event, you will have the opportunity to participate in a workshop on disinformation, learn practical tools for identifying fake news, and explore the influence of the digital environment on individuals.
The event will also be an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences, network, and gain new knowledge that will assist you in your daily work and in advising library users in times
when critically evaluating information is of key importance.
